This was aired in 1981 and is part of the Israeli TV Educational channel. The program was called Topi and the Gorilla. I think we all know who Topi is.

This video may have been funny in 1981, but is very out of place
today.besides it would have been scraped for bad taste and
dangerous influence on children.
