Blondi.co.il is a site built in memory of Asaf Zur, a 17 year old boy, killed by a suicide bomber on a bus in Haifa March 3rd, 2003. In memory of his lost son the father started a “Send a Stone” campaign. Asaf was a surfer (nicknamed Blondi) who was dreaming of traveling after the army. The “Send A Stone” project is meant to keep his memory alive and somehow fulfill his dream of travelling the world when he reaches 21. People from around the world are asked to send a stone from wherever they are before his 21st birthday which is April 27, 2007.
