		<description>This is really sad.  You would think that local governments would set up tent cities or something.  This would give opportunity for the community to assist without the government picking up the whole tab.  People would at least have a place to live and get food, clothing and basic essentials.  Think about how much food is thrown away by hundreds of grocery stores in a 25 mile radius!  I believe there IS enough of everything for everyone, the human race just has not figured out how to distribute it without so much waste.</description>
